Bank Waverly Mobile FAQ

Why can't I find the app in the app store?

Make sure you are searching for "bank waverly mobile." If you still can't find it, make sure you are searching in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. The app is not available in any other store.

What types of devices will the app work on?

The app is only available for Android and Apple devices.

Do I need to be signed up for online banking before I can use the app?

Yes, you must first be registered for online banking before you can use the app.

What do I use to log in?

The user ID, password, challenge questions, and challenge image will be the same as what you use for internet banking.

Why is it asking me to make a nickname for my device?

It is asking for a nickname so you can keep track of which devices you have active through the online banking website. This is helpful if you ever lose your device because then you could log on to the website and disable the device so nobody could have access to the mobile app.

Why don't I have mobile deposit available to me now that I have signed up? How long does it take to process my application/request?

When you apply for mobile deposit, there is a review process that may take up to one full business day. If you are wondering about the status of your application, you may inquire with the bank, but also make sure to look out for a notification in online banking. If you are approved or not approved you will receive a notification letting you know through online banking.

How do I make a mobile deposit?

Following the tips provided in the app before and after taking pictures of your check. Make sure to use a contrasting background so the check is easily readable and not to forget to endorse the check with "for mobile deposit only to my account at Citizens State Bank of Waverly." Also, you should keep the check in a safe place for 90 days, just in case the bank needs it for any reason.

Are the cut-off times the same for mobile deposits as they are for in-person deposits?

Yes, the cut-off times are the same as in-person deposits. This means for a mobile deposit to be credited to your account on the same day, it will need to be made by 4:00PM of that business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, except for federal holidays.

Why am I not able to create a new payee for Bill Pay?
